Production Planner

The Adler Pelzer Group, a renowned global supplier of acoustic and thermal insulation for the automotive industry, is seeking a Production Planner for its Desio site.

The Production Planner is responsible for creating weekly production plans and daily production schedules for individual work centres, optimising resource utilisation (machines, materials, and labour) and minimising warehouse storage without delaying customer delivery dates.

Key responsibilities:

• Review client requests grouped by product codes and verify programme compliance.
• Daily production planning and mould change scheduling based on available resources, with adjustments made according to deviations between planned and actual production.
• Issuance of production orders and product identification labels.
• Calculation of labour requirements needed to meet daily production schedules.
• Monitoring of finished goods and semi-finished products stock levels, defining exercise and safety stocks.
• Weekly production planning and mould change scheduling based on available resources, with adjustments made according to external (client) and internal (production, maintenance, technical services, quality, etc.) variables.
• Calculation of labour requirements needed to meet weekly production plans.

Requirements:

• Degree in technical disciplines and/or high school diploma.
• At least 2 years of experience in the role.
• Professional English language skills.
• Knowledge of Sysauto and SAP software.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
