PRN - Physical Therapist

We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team.

As a PRN Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify areas of need and develop treatment plans.

• Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans.
