Description
The Data Analyst role will support the TfL Mechanical & Electrical contract to ensure consistent operational performance management of data. The successful candidate will work within the performance management team, alongside a lead data analyst, to consolidate data, understand current systems, and improve data relationships between different systems. Key responsibilities include data entry, data processing, data analysis and reporting, consolidating data, reviewing data collection processes, identifying anomalous data, and creating interactive reports & dashboards with Power BI.
This is a challenging role that requires good analytical and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have high-level skills and experience in Microsoft Excel, collecting, reviewing, analysing and maintaining contract performance data, producing dashboard reports, identifying and implementing quality and efficiency improvement initiatives, and engaging business leaders and senior operational managers.
