Physical Therapist

We are currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team at Encompass Health in Shenandoah, Texas.

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide exceptional care and support to our patients, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals. Your specialized skills will enable you to deliver high-quality, compassionate care, and you will have the time to deeply understand and guide patients on their rehabilitation journey.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery

Qualifications:

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations
• CPR certification
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
