Director, Enterprise - RCT vertical - New Logos

We are looking for a Sales Director to join our growing business. You will lead an existing team of Enterprise Account Executives and be measured by achieving your team's overall quota, new logo acquisition, and growing Databricks usage.

This is a team of account executives that are technically knowledgeable and have a desire to help customers and partners succeed. You will report to the Regional Vice President.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, growing and inspiring the Enterprise Account Executives to help them overachieve on their goals and objectives.
• Instilling a culture of teamwork focused on leading with measurable business value and achieving desired customer outcomes.
• Developing trust-based relationships with customers and partners to ensure long-term success.
• Driving ongoing learning of the continuous innovation being delivered to our customers via our data intelligence and GenAI solutions.
• Actively participating in the region's growth plans, ensuring forecast accuracy and building a customer-focused, durable, high-growth business.

We look for:

• A proven track record of successfully building and leading high-growth new logo sales teams serving enterprise customers within the Big Data, Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), Analytics, AI spaces.
• History of exceeding quota and thriving in hyper-growth Enterprise technology companies.
• Understanding of value selling and sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of Message.
• Knowledge of developing partner ecosystems to help grow strategic enterprise territories and ensure customer success.

Pay Range Transparency: Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $410,300-$564,200 USD.
