Description
As a Workforce Planning Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Air Dominance and Strike Division. You will own the quantitative answer to AD&S's #1 execution risk: do we have the right people on the right programs at the right time? You will build and maintain staffing demand models across 50+ programs, integrating multiple systems into a single source of truth that leadership acts on. You will also produce gap analysis at the program × dept × team level, track the full staffing funnel from Hiring → Staffing → Billing, and validate demand against Finance forecasts.
To succeed in this role, you should be fluent across Finance, Recruiting, Engineering, and Program Management and able to hold a conversation with any of them without losing precision. You should be rigorous and fast, able to produce a defensible answer in hours, not weeks. You should have 2+ years of experience in workforce planning, operations, or Finance, and experience working at a high-growth technology company or in a demonstrably high-growth environment.
In addition to your technical skills, you should be able to manipulate data independently and produce executive-facing output directly. You must be eligible to hold a US Top Secret clearance.
