Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Tucson location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement and modify treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective care coordination
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and share best practices

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona
• Experience working with patients with a variety of conditions and ages
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
