With a strong focus on patient-centered care, you will conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions to help individuals recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, organising, and delivering physical therapy programs tailored to individual needs
• Conducting examinations, evaluations, and interventions to assess and address physical impairments
• Utilising tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions safely and effectively
• Documenting client information for evaluation, establishing therapeutic plans, and modifying them as necessary
• Educating clients/patients/residents and their family members about treatment plans, schedules, and self-exercises to be continued at home
