Description
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Partnership Activation Specialist to join our team. As a Partnership Activation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing partner activations across various channels, ensuring timely delivery of contracted deliverables, and tracking performance metrics.
Activation Planning & Calendar (35%)
- Translate active partner contracts into clear deliverables lists, outlining what we owe them, what they owe us, when, and on which channels.
- Maintain the master partner activation calendar, synced with campaign moments, product launches, and motorsport events.
- Run weekly activation stand-ups with cross-functional teams, driving the agenda and owning actions.
- Plan partner activations around flagship events, including briefs, content capture, on-site presence, and post-event follow-up.
Execution & Delivery (40%)
- Own end-to-end delivery of partner activations across digital channels, social media, email, paid media, and events.
- Brief and coordinate with internal teams to produce on-brief assets.
- Manage the partner asset library, ensuring brand and rights compliance.
- Serve as the single point of contact for partner counterparts, chasing assets, pushing back on late deliveries, and escalating when needed.
- Coordinate partner activations at live events, including travel logistics, booth presence, talent management, and content capture.
Tracking & Reporting (25%)
- Track contracted deliverables, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Ensure Marketing reports monthly on activation health, including deliverables completed on-time, impressions vs. commitment, channel performance, and partner satisfaction signals.
- Capture proof of execution for every contractual touchpoint and file it against the partner record.
- Flag risks early, including partners falling behind, internal bottlenecks, brand-fit concerns, and content gaps.
Performance Metrics
- 95%+ of contracted partner deliverables shipped on-time.
- Master activation calendar live and updated weekly.
- Full deliverable proof-of-execution record on file for every active partner.
- Measurable lift on partner-attributed sessions and conversion.
- Zero brand or rights compliance incidents.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in partnership activation, sponsorship marketing, brand partnerships, campaign management, or marketing operations.
- Strong project management skills, with fluency in project management tools.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with athletes, teams, esports orgs, or motorsport rights-holders.
- Familiarity with consumer hardware D2C marketing.
- German language skills.
