Client Partner, Large Customer Sales (Retail, Ecomm)

Reddit is seeking an experienced Client Partner to join the Large Customer Sales team in Retail vertical. As a Client Partner, you will form relationships with key brands and agencies, ensuring they meet their business objectives using Reddit's advertising suite.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners to drive revenue growth
• Construct upfront and joint business plans with top clients
• Establish mutually beneficial relationships with new clients, educating them on Reddit and its ads platform
• Leverage agency and client relationships to identify new buyers of Reddit advertising products
• Use data to inform client strategies and pitch proposals
• Meet deadlines, provide high-level customer service, and own client meetings
• Act as primary point of contact for clients, communicating platform updates and opportunities
• Provide strategic advice to clients to grow the relationship
• Explore client needs, leveraging product knowledge to align goals with platform opportunities
• Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations to meet client goals
• Shape Reddit's ads product roadmap with client feedback and campaign metrics
• Provide thought leadership and act as a Reddit evangelist
• Share expertise by mentoring and training team members
• Collaborate with Client Partners and Account Managers to craft a cohesive strategy

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in digital media with 1-3 years in sales
• Reddit-first approach
• Ability to develop relationships within agency and client direct space
• Proven experience managing relationships with C-level executives
• Experience owning partnerships with complex enterprise Retail organizations
• Deep ads industry expertise
• Subject matter expertise in social media landscape and native advertising
• Experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies
• Demonstrated high achievement against sales targets
• BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
