Description
This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who combines sharp strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll be the operational backbone and strategic partner to the GM , driving revenue operations, keeping the team accountable to process, coordinating across some of the world's most complex enterprise relationships, and making sure nothing slips as we scale fast across a multi-market region.
Key responsibilities include partnering directly with the GM on strategy, revenue operations, and regional planning; owning forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and capacity planning across the APAC team; supporting and coordinating on complex deal execution; and managing complex calendars, cross-timezone coordination and projects.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in consulting, investment/private banking, RevOps or a high-growth startup GTM environment, and be fluent in English (written and spoken) with proficiency in Japanese, Korean and/or Mandarin strongly preferred.
