We are seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to join our team in Pretoria, South Africa. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering technical training to technicians across dealership networks in the market.
Your primary duties will include:
- Delivering technical training on curriculum training, new model training, and performance improvement training to technicians.
- Reviewing technical training materials and making relevant adjustments to retain high quality of technical training.
- Training material translation review, feedback, and rectification (local language and content).
- Developing special training courses based on market requirements.
- Arranging and ensuring training material readiness for training.
- Preparing training rooms and working bays for classroom training.
- Providing in-depth instructions to technicians on Ford vehicle systems, components, and technologies.
- Conducting hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to reinforce technicians' knowledge.
- Ensuring that training programs comply with relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible for supporting market activities, such as conducting technician skill contests and supporting market SEO leads.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in technical training, service in automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures. You should also have good familiarity with automotive technical training processes.
