Description
We are seeking a dedicated Service Administrator to join our dynamic team in Greystanes, NSW, Australia. As a Service Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate service contract administration and providing essential support to our field staff and service department management.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Completing monthly and ad-hoc billings for both internal and external customers.
- Managing Service Support Dashboards and running daily reports to update machine databases within our record-keeping system.
- Investigating billing enquiries and generating credit notes where applicable.
- Creating and maintaining customer contracts within our systems.
- Applying increases to invoicing and monitoring all contracts to ensure correct pricing is maintained.
- Providing support to the Service department, including reporting, rostering, and general enquiries.
- Working together with the Call Centre in assisting the team where needed.
- Providing support for the field technicians.
- Supporting the Customer Online Portal.
- Performing general administrative duties as required, which could include arranging travel, meetings, PO's, and expenses.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administration and customer service.
- Proven experience in process building and review.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent teaming skills with a demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify areas of concern quickly.
- High-level oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail, delivery-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivation with a drive to completion and resolution.
