Description

We are seeking a Subcontract Administrator to drive major subcontractor developments for our current and future programs.

As a Subcontract Administrator, you will own the RFP process, manage proposal evaluation, negotiation, award, execution, and closeout phases.

You will work cross-functionally with program management, technical, legal, proposal teams, contract managers, and procurement teams to lead subcontracts from end-to-end.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving clear and detailed Statement of Work (SOW) generation in support of various divisions
  • Managing SOW content and Subcontract Data Requirements Lists (SDRL)s to be consistent with the negotiated subcontract technical scope
  • Monitoring the performance of the subcontractor, performing product acceptance, supporting source selection for managing suppliers, and reviewing subcontractor documents/deliverables
  • Leading subcontract proposal and award process, reviewing subcontractor's proposal and negotiating price, terms, deliverables, and dates while generating required FAR/DFARs documentation
  • Performing cost and schedule variance investigations
  • Coordinating with contracts and PM team during a Prime proposal effort on flowdowns, proposal schedule, and generating evaluation documentation for subcontracts in support of a proposal/capture effort
  • Monitoring and managing key subcontractor processes
  • Identifying proposed changes in subcontract technical scope to the subcontractor
  • Leading, streamlining, and growing Anduril's subcontracting process
  • Ensuring subcontract compliance with Government requirements

This role requires a breadth of understanding of both supply chain and government acquisition practices, especially FAR/DFARs compliance, the ability to work across teams seamlessly, and having extreme ownership.

You will have impactful ownership of critical projects that have high visibility and influence on the Procurement team's trajectory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in law, accounting/finance, business, supply chain management, or a related compliance field
  • 3+ years of experience in multi-discipline programs managing high-complexity, full-life-cycle subcontracts
  • Strong understanding of FAR/DFAR, CAS, and ITAR compliance
  • Experience evaluating subcontractor performance and deliverables
  • Ability to relocate, if not already local, to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance

Preferred qualifications include a strong understanding of government contracts and cost accounting standards, being a self-starter with a bias toward action and problem-solving, experience developing high-tech products in a high-mix/complexity, low-volume environment, and exposure to working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
