Description
We are seeking a Junior Personalverrechner / Personaladministration to join our team in Elsbethen, Salzburg, Austria.
As part of our HR department, you will support various administrative and organisational tasks. Your responsibilities will include recording payroll-relevant data in our systems, creating contracts and documents, communicating with employees and authorities, and managing personnel files.
As you gain experience, you will take on more responsibility and become a competent contact person for a group of employees regarding payroll and personnel administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support payroll and salary administration for Red Bull subsidiaries in Austria
- Assist with personnel administration from entry to exit, including contract creation and personnel file management
- Act as internal contact person for employees on payroll and labour law-related queries
- Collaborate with HR Generalists, HR Business Partners, and the Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Team
Requirements:
- Completed commercial education or equivalent (e.g., apprenticeship, A-levels)
- At least 2 years of experience in administration, preferably in HR or payroll
- Strong MS Office skills and clear, professional communication in writing and speaking
- SAP knowledge and basic payroll course beneficial
- High level of initiative, accuracy, and structured work approach
- Excellent teamwork and service orientation
