Composite Trimmer

We are seeking a skilled Composite Trimmer to join our team in Brackley. As a leading composite manufacturer in the UK, we excel in designing and manufacturing high-quality carbon fibre parts for prestigious clients. In this role, you will report to the Trim Supervisor and support the Team Leader in ensuring efficient departmental operations, meeting job timescales, and maintaining high standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Trimming, bonding, and assembling carbon fibre components using engineering drawings and build manuals
• Verifying information on drawings and route card instructions
• Contributing to process improvements for quality and efficiency
• Maintaining equipment and a clean, tidy workspace

• Good verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with engineering drawings (desirable)
