Business Operations Intern

The Red Bull Athlete Performance Center (APC) is seeking a highly motivated and organised intern to join our Welcome Desk team for 12 months starting September 2026.

As the first point of contact for athletes and visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive first impression of the APC. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the Welcome Desk, greeting athletes, trainers, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Coordinating schedules, travel arrangements, and accommodation for athletes
• Providing information and support to athletes and visitors
• Handling incoming calls, emails, and chat requests
• Assisting with administrative tasks, such as sorting mail, ordering office supplies, and preparing presentations
• Collaborating with various teams, including Business Operations and APC teams

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent English and German language skills
• A passion for sports and a willingness to learn

The internship offers a competitive salary of €2,221 per month, plus additional benefits.
