Solution Program Manager, Humanoid Robotics

We're looking for a Program Manager to support the development of humanoid robots using the Isaac solution and GR00T blueprint. As a Program Manager in Solutions Architecture Team, you'll collaborate with the Gear Lab team to push the frontier of humanoid robotics.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing offshore data collection contractors in Asia and potentially other locations outside China in the future.

• Setting up quality control, annotation, and processing of data collected outside China.

• Building and supporting robotics partners in China that use GEAR open source models. Providing feedback to GEAR researchers about model usage and requirements from partners.

• Supporting research efforts in Shanghai: recruiting, team building, and coordination with GEAR HQ in California.

• Asset management.

• Collaborating with related Nvidia teams in China to help push GEAR lab work forward, including beta testing customer implementations.

Requirements include:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years of experience in project delivery management.

• Experience managing and coordinating cross-functional teams and global teams.

• Strong partnership building, sales, business development, and project management experiences.

• Prior working experience in English language settings.

• Experience in AI development.

• Familiarity with the robotics ecosystem in China is a plus.
