Client Management Manager

We are seeking an experienced Client Management Manager to join our Global Trade Solutions (GTS) team in Guangzhou. As a Client Management Manager, you will manage a client portfolio to maintain existing and generate new income for the business. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a client portfolio and undertaking sector/portfolio planning and client monitoring/contact
• Managing portfolio customers and following the end-to-end Client Management process to ensure superior client experience
• Managing costs within plan with effective and proactive Client Management activities
• Promoting awareness of Receivables Finance (RF) products, strategies, and competitor information
• Maintaining awareness of the applicable regulatory and business environment

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Experience in managing key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to strive for class-leading customer experience by cultivating a consistent selling and relationship management culture
• Skills in deepening customer relationships through driving and supporting business cooperation with key stakeholders
• Ability to maintain close liaison with region colleagues/stakeholders to provide input into the strategic direction of GTS
• Commitment to delivering fair outcomes for customers and ensuring own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets
