As an Aviation & Aerial Sports Manager, you will drive global aviation and aerial sports initiatives, unlock new project formats, and build the next generation of talent.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute global aviation and aerial sports projects, including concept development, feasibility assessments, operational execution, and marketing planning
• Shape the development of Red Bull's global aviation and aerial sports portfolio, focusing on building long-term talent pathways and sustainable development programs
• Identify, develop, and evolve innovative concepts and scalable formats that give markets new tools to win consumers and create strong local and global impact
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to unlock opportunities, support business priorities, and strengthen the impact of aviation and aerial sports initiatives globally
• Act as a strategic and operational partner to national teams developing aviation and aerial sports initiatives

Requirements:

• 6-7 years of management experience in sports, aviation, athletes, or marketing within a consumer-driven brand, agency, or institution
• Strong understanding of aviation or aerial sports, including project management, operations, and coordination with authorities or marketing stakeholders
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German desirable
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and cross-functional teams, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working with athletes or pilots
