VCARB F1 Team - Composite Materials Laminator

We are seeking a skilled Composite Materials Laminator to join our team at Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team in Faenza, Italy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for laminating composite materials for our Formula 1 car, following specifications and ensuring high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform laminating operations according to assigned work schedules, respecting deadlines and priorities
• Ensure qualitative and productive standards are met
• Correctly use materials, equipment, technical drawings, and production specifications
• Record daily activities in the company's management system
• Collaborate with the department team to continuously improve processes

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of composite material lamination processes
• Understanding of 2D drawing reading and Ply Book interpretation
• English language proficiency

In accordance with transparency regulations (D.Lgs. 96/2026), the minimum fixed salary for this position is indicated, equal to the minimum table value provided by CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria (Federmeccanica/Assistal) for the C1 level.
