Technical Sourcing Manager, Storage and Components

Join CoreWeave's Global Supplier Management and Technical Sourcing team as a Technical Sourcing Manager, Storage and Components. You'll lead strategic sourcing initiatives, build supplier relationships, and ensure supply chain resilience for critical components in AI hardware systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies and roadmaps for components and third-party storage.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Cultivate strong relationships with core suppliers, influencing their business models and technology roadmaps.
• Lead complex supplier negotiations, manage RFQs/RFPs, and finalize business awards.
• Implement Master Supply Agreements and statements of work (SOWs).
• Drive commercial engagements for prototype sourcing and development, supporting transitions from NPI to mass production.
• Propose and implement innovative supply chain enhancements to drive efficiency and cost savings.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data center, hyperscaler, cloud service provider, or AI system hardware supply chain and related industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a related technical field, or Business Administration.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into tangible results and drive execution.
• Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and consensus-building skills.
• Experience collaborating effectively with internal and external partners in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Strong understanding of "should cost" modeling and value analysis.
• Proven experience partnering with C-suite executives and key supplier stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a technical, engineering field, or Business Administration.

• Base salary range: $177,000 to $237,000.
