Financial Controller

We are seeking a Financial Controller to support departments in building a growing and profitable business. The role involves providing budget support to managers for consumer marketing, trade marketing, and capital expenditure, as well as supporting the Board in making strategic and operational decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting managers in preparing annual budgets for marketing, trade marketing, and capital expenditure
• Providing financial analysis and reporting to ensure the company's financial situation is accurately reflected in all planning systems
• Analyzing costs in relation to the current business plan and market conditions
• Partnering with budget owners to provide them with tools for independent cost analysis, training them on available tools, and ensuring they have support in analyzing and evaluating new initiatives and their long-term impact on the company's results
• Proposing business activities based on financial data analysis
• Closing the month, including preparing reserves and analyzing budget deviations

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in controlling
• Analytical thinking, ability to interpret results, and formulate conclusions to support business decisions
• High communication skills and ability to work with various departments
• Proactivity and independence in solving problems
• Good organization and time management skills
• Partner approach to working with business
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with SAP is a plus
• B2 level of English language proficiency

Working hours: 0-10% travel
