Client Account Manager II

As a Client Account Manager II in São Paulo, you'll help spread awareness and comprehension of Pinterest Business tools.

You'll develop strong brand relationships, work closely with partners to help them get the most out of Pinterest's solutions, and meet their business goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Retain, grow, and diversify the value delivered to partners, growing Pinterest revenue in São Paulo.
• Coordinate negotiations with partners to create joint business plans and understand their business and media objectives.
• Arrange regular meetings with partners to discuss their requirements and remove roadblocks.
• Orchestrate internal support for clients and agencies to solve strategic challenges.
• Produce and deliver weekly business updates outlining the current business status and key opportunities.
• Own the 'why Pinterest' conversation with advertisers to influence their media mix.
• Present tailored digital media strategies to partners that address their specific marketing needs.
• Apply knowledge of customer goals and joint strategy to increase ad investment and secure revenue growth.
• Provide partners with guidance and expertise on product and service best practices.
• Collaborate with clients to generate and optimize ad creatives using AI-driven insights.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI and digital marketing trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of expertise in digital advertising and media sales.
• Experience in marketing/advertising/digital with specific technical acumen in Search/Shopping/Display/Social advertising technologies.
• Established industry relationships and experience working with marketing leaders in São Paulo.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.
• Strong team player and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
