As a RazerStore Sales Associate, you will be a key brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of Razer's cutting-edge gaming hardware and accessories. You will create an immersive and engaging experience for every visitor to our store.
Your key responsibilities will include: Greeting and engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate Razer products. Demonstrating product features and benefits effectively, showcasing the unique value proposition of Razer's ecosystem. Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment, including product displays and merchandising. Assisting with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organising products. Staying up-to-date on all Razer product knowledge, promotions, and company initiatives. Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner, escalating issues when necessary. Contributing to achieving individual and team sales targets. Adhering to all company policies and procedures. Participating in training sessions and team meetings as required. Other duties as assigned.
