HKLS Technician - SAP Garden

We are seeking a highly skilled HKLS Technician to join our team at the SAP Garden in Munich, Germany.

As a Technician in the Operations department, you will be the central point of contact for internal and external customers regarding technical and infrastructural building management, as well as energy management in the HKLS area.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, calculating, and controlling TGA projects and coordinating with required specialist companies and planners
• Ensuring the proper implementation of all necessary maintenance measures and adherence to the technical fire protection concept
• Regularly accompanying events as CvD, taking over technical responsibility, and being the direct contact person for the organizer
• Participating in the event service of the Operations department

Requirements:

• Completed training as a technician or master in the field of HKLS, technical building management, or comparable
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Proven professional experience in a comparable activity
• Professional experience in technical facility management or building technology, preferably in sports or event facilities
• Handyman skills in many areas
• Passion and enthusiasm for the technical aspects of sports and sports-related events
• Team player with high enthusiasm, also in collaboration with other departments
• Flexibility regarding working hours, including willingness to work at sports events and other sports-related events in the SAP Garden, also on weekends
• Participation in on-call duty/call availability
• Good knowledge of MS Office and safe handling of supporting FM systems (CAD, FM software, building control technology)
• Driver's license class B / forklift driving license beneficial
