Waste Management Representative

We are seeking a Waste Management Representative to join our dedicated Customer Service team as part of the South Oxfordshire Council Team in Aylesbury.

As a Waste Management Representative, you will be the point of contact for customers to establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Positive attitude
• Ability to keep calm under pressure
• Experience within a customer service environment (desirable)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (desirable, but not essential)
