We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist. This role will be part of our CTO Platforms team, focusing on the development and optimisation of our GenAI Agent platform.
As a Senior Consultant Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing the agent runtime, orchestration, tool/function calling, prompt and workflow management, memory/state handling, and integration patterns. You will also continuously monitor and optimise platform performance in production, embedding security, privacy and compliance by design and development.
In addition, you will maintain platform documentation and enablement, publishing reference design, APIs/SDKs, templates, testing, and developer guidance to accelerate adoption and consistent delivery across teams.
You will track and evaluate emerging GenAI/agent capabilities and translate them into pragmatic platform enhancements with clear value, risk and cost trade-offs.
Requirements:
- Education & English: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science/Engineering (or related)
- Software Engineering: 2+ years’ hand-on coding practice, strong Python or Java or Golang, with usage of at least one major cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Demonstrates an AI-native mindset by applying AI-driven approaches, including coding assistants, to improve productivity, quality, and engineering best practices
- GenAI / LLM Delivery: knowledge with any one in GenAI, LLMs, MCP, RAG agentic workflows, tool/function calling will be a plus
