Description
Aramco is seeking a Senior Counsel to join the Corporate Functions Law Department within the Business Law Organization. The Senior Counsel will serve as the primary legal support to each organization within the Corporate Functions, providing legal services in relation to commercial contracts, transactions, affiliate matters, portfolio management, corporate governance, and contentious matters.
Key responsibilities include working closely with internal clients, providing strategic legal advice, preparing and reviewing contractual and governance instruments, identifying specialist legal input, and serving as corporate secretary for one or more entities.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Law degree, current admission to general practice, and a minimum of 7 years hands-on experience in a large multinational corporation or law firm. Relevant corporate and commercial legal experience, experience serving as corporate secretary, and energy industry experience are highly valued.
