IT Technician, Classified Programs

Anduril is seeking an IT Technician to support its classified programs.

You will be part of a team building and maintaining critical classified infrastructure, working with top engineers and cybersecurity professionals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing 1st and 2nd tier IT support to Anduril employees across classified systems
• Installing, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting air-gapped classified IT systems
• Offering on-call, on-site IT support according to a predefined schedule
• Creating instructional documentation and conveying technical ideas simply
• Performing security hardening of systems using DISA STIGs and other security guidelines
• Maintaining system/database/software/firewall/account security and monitoring
• Ensuring smooth operation of multi-user computer systems with peer and engineer collaboration
• System re-imaging, troubleshooting, and account maintenance
• Regular system and application monitoring for availability and performance

The ideal candidate will have:

• Ownership mentality and problem-solving skills
• Project management experience and analytics background
• Physical hardware experience (servers, cabling, desktops, laptops, phones, tablets)
• Air-gapped IT system deployment and troubleshooting experience
• Configuration and integration issue troubleshooting skills
• Compliance with security standards and best practices
• Virtualization technology experience (VMware ESXi, Linux KVM, Hyper-V, Kubernetes)
• DoD approved 8570/8140 baseline certification (Security +, CySA+, CISSP, etc.)
• Advanced admin skills in Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Windows, VMware, Azure, or AWS
• A sense of urgency for mission-critical tasks
• U.S. Top Secret Security clearance

Preferred qualifications include:

• Previous classified IT system support experience
• Low voltage cabling experience
• Fast-paced environment performance
• Software problem resolution skills
• AWS and Azure cloud environment experience
• Scripting language knowledge (Bash, Python, etc.)
• Application troubleshooting experience
• Active Directory/CRM account maintenance experience
• Large Oracle and SQL Server database management
• Virtual Machine Management Service experience

The salary range for this role is $86,000-$114,000 USD.
