Join Aristocrat's Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team as a Senior Cyber Compliance Analyst and be part of a world-class organization that thrives on innovation and excellence! As a vital member of our Global Information Security (GIS) division, you will advance our cybersecurity objectives and work closely with various teams across the business.
Your role is essential to maintaining the security and compliance of our systems worldwide. You will lead and contribute to cyber compliance activities across global audits, including evidence collection and process improvements. You will manage SOC1, SOC2 audits for North and South America while coordinating with the larger compliance team on ISO 27001, PCI, and Multi-State Lottery (MUSL) audits.
You will partner with the internal audit team, leading cyber responses to findings and driving remediation efforts. You will work together across the organization to identify, monitor, and address risks through organized risk management procedures. You will support the broader security program, aligning with Aristocrat's strategy and critical metrics.
You will spot opportunities to strengthen cybersecurity, proactively identifying gaps and recommending improvements. You will build and advance our global cybersecurity strategy and support key security initiatives. You will mentor less experienced team members, encouraging growth and expertise within the team.
