Assets Product Manager

We are seeking an Assets Product Manager to join our International Wealth and Premier Banking team in Bermuda. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing HSBC products to contribute to profitability and enhance the client experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning the HSBC Bermuda secured and unsecured lending portfolios (excluding credit cards)
• Being responsible for product performance and overall end-to-end product management
• Leading the planning and development of new products and features, as well as implementation and delivery
• Leading proposition development, pricing, retention, communication, and marketing, and policy
• Establishing and owning key working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support product outcomes

You will need to have:

• Experience in financial services or equivalent
• Proven planning, organisational, project management, statistical, analytical, communications, presentation, and lateral thinking skills
• Knowledge of the specialised product industry, products offered, and pertinent regulations affecting their delivery
• Previous lending experience is desired
