Description

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team in Dublin. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving the demand, awareness, and interest for our market-leading cloud Security solutions.

Your primary responsibility will be to uncover and approach prospects to generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline. You will help create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory, research and build new and existing accounts, conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts, and evangelize Okta and the On-Demand mode.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous prospecting experience, experience in working to sales targets, KPIs or under time pressure, Salesforce.com experience, excellent written/verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and a highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual who is goal orientated.
