Description

A USG Administrative Business Partner at Palantir will provide administrative support to a portfolio of individuals/teams across the business. They will handle sophisticated calendars in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing commitments to enhance time and productivity. They will book travel arrangements, track and process expense reports, and help plan, support, and complete office events and external gatherings. The successful candidate will work both autonomously and in collaboration with teammates, colleagues, and external contacts. They will proactively identify operational inefficiencies and surface strategic recommendations to improve how supported leaders spend their time and energy. They will serve as a key communication liaison, distilling complex information into clear, actionable updates for internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and perceptiveness, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor their style and tone to their audience. They will have strategic thinking, understanding the 'why' behind requests and connecting day-to-day logistics to larger organizational goals. They will be comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities, remaining calm, decisive, and effective when the plan changes. They will have the ability to adjust quickly, anticipate needs, and implement autonomously, with strong attention to detail. They will interact with a wide range of teams internally and externally with thoughtfulness and tact. They will have a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion in both internal and external interactions.

Previous administrative or personal support experience is a plus, preferably in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment. The successful candidate will have high ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and in person, including with senior leadership and external partners. They will have excellent digital literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). They will have experience with scheduling sophisticated international and domestic travel itineraries and familiarity with travel booking and expense reporting software.
