Engineering Manager, Admin & Governance

Airtable is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Admin & Governance team, focusing on scaling product experiences for large customers. The team builds systems to ensure security and governance of customer data, including AI Governance framework and enterprise trust infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and grow a team of high-functioning engineers
• Partner with engineering leaders to drive technical decisions and initiatives
• Nurture a team of passionate and capable engineers
• Partner with cross-functional peers to come up with and execute strategy and plans
• Implement processes to help the team scale and be productive

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as an engineer and 2+ years as a manager
• Strong customer focus and experience working with Product Managers
• Experience with navigating large systems and leading high-performing engineering teams
• Experience in growing and mentoring engineers
• Experience in managing multiple projects and work streams
