We are seeking a Consultant - Expert Services to join our team. As a Consultant - Expert Services, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of our solutions and customization to meet client-specific requirements. You will collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, technical environments, and strategic objectives, translating these into tailored implementation plans.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the end-to-end implementation of our solutions and customization to meet client-specific requirements
- Collaborating with clients to understand their business processes, technical environments, and strategic objectives
- Developing and maintaining deep functional expertise in our solutions, including its AI/ML capabilities
- Delivering compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to key stakeholders
- Quantifying the potential business value (ROI, cost savings, efficiency gains) that clients can achieve by adopting our solutions
