We are seeking a Sales Development Manager - West to join our team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and developing exceptional SDR talent, building and iterating on a data-driven Outbound & Inbound strategy, fostering a winning culture of high accountability and performance, motivating the team through lucrative incentives and contests, upleveling SDRs and helping them grow into our future AEs and managers, reporting on SDR KPIs to ensure that KPIs and SLAs are hit daily, and partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales on key initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of sales/SRD leadership experience in a high-growth technology company, a deep understanding of modern SDR processes and tools such as Gong, LinkedIn Sales Nav, 6sense, Zoominfo, etc., experience executing an outbound multichannel strategy and optimizing playbooks, a consistent track record of exceeding quota while both leading a team and as an individual contributor, strong analytical experience with experience managing pipeline goals and forecasting, and experience partnering with AEs, Marketing, and RevOps to align on ICP, messaging, internal processes, etc.
