Description

TGR Haas F1 Team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the delivery of departmental objectives in the HR function. The role is based in Banbury, UK, and is offered on a fixed-term basis for an initial period of 9 months.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will contribute to day-to-day operations across relevant functions, working collaboratively to ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard. The role involves cross-functional coordination, monitoring progress against key performance indicators, participating in continuous improvement activities, following established policies and procedures, providing regular updates to line management, and contributing to a positive, inclusive, and accountable team culture that supports professional development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and functions
  • Coordinating interviews, assessments, and selection activities with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
  • Maintaining accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and managing recruitment inboxes
  • Preparing and issuing offer documentation and supporting pre-employment, right-to-work, and background checks
  • Drafting, reviewing, and updating job descriptions in partnership with hiring managers
  • Reviewing interview questions and selection criteria to ensure alignment with job descriptions and fair, consistent hiring practices
  • Acting as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Ensuring timely, professional communication and a positive candidate journey
  • Supporting STEM engagement initiatives, careers days, and recruitment events
  • Tracking and maintaining recruitment and HR metrics, including time-to-hire, time-to-offer, vacancy status, pipeline data, and offer acceptance rates
  • Following documented recruitment Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Identifying gaps or inefficiencies in existing SOPs and recommending updates or improvements
  • Working closely with hiring managers, talent acquisition colleagues, and HR partners to meet recruitment plans and timelines

The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent, 2 years of experience in motorsport, preferably Formula 1, and proven leadership in high-pressure, performance-driven environments.
