Description

You will lead strategy and market development for Silicon Lifecycle Management (SLM) Multi-die IP, focusing on 2.5D and 3D-IC technologies. Your responsibilities include defining product direction, shaping market positioning, and driving business growth across advanced testability and system-level lifecycle management solutions for chiplet-based and system-on-chip (SoC) designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Silicon Lifecycle Management IP focused on 2.5D/3D-IC, chiplet interconnect (UCIe, D2D), and memory interfaces (DDR, LPDDR, HBM, cHBM)
  • Write Market Requirements Documents (MRDs) that translate customer needs, competitive gaps, and technology trends into actionable product concepts
  • Engage directly with key customers to gather feedback, understand design challenges, and shape product direction
  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies including product positioning, pricing models, launch plans, and sales enablement materials
  • Present at industry conferences and tradeshows to evangelize the SLM portfolio and establish thought leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field; MS or MBA is a plus
  • 15+ years in product management, business development, or technical marketing roles within the semiconductor industry
  • Deep working knowledge of EDA flows and BIST methodologies
  • Technical understanding of CPU architectures, memory controllers, and interface IP PHYs
  • Familiarity with IEEE standards such as 1149.1 (JTAG), 1500, 1687 (IJTAG), 1838, and emerging standards like P3405
