Description
NVIDIA has continuously reinvented itself. Our invention of the GPU sparked the growth of the PC gaming market, redefined modern computer graphics, and revolutionized parallel computing. Today, research in artificial intelligence is booming worldwide, which calls for highly scalable and massively parallel computation horsepower that NVIDIA GPUs excel.
You will design, implement, and verify FPGA prototypes of the industry's leading Nvidia's AI Processors, GPUs, Networking chips, and SoCs. This is a role for a versatile engineer that includes RTL design, verification, FPGA partitioning and implementation, and lab-based bringup of the SoC on FPGAs.
The ideal candidate will have:
- B.S. or M.S. in EE, CS, or CE with 3+ years of experience working in the semiconductor industry.
- Recent hands-on FPGA experience including partitioning (Protocompiler), implementation, synthesis (Synplify), and timing closure (Vivado).
- Strong simulation-based verification and lab-based debug skills on FPGAs.
- Proficient in Verilog, SystemVerilog, Python, Perl, and Make.
- Experience with a source control system, such as Perforce.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing AI assistants, LLMs, and automation tools to optimize day-to-day engineering tasks and streamline complex development workflows.
In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge industry AI models and agents to optimize your day-to-day hardware development and validation cycles, keeping your workflows highly efficient and automated.
