Automated Machine Operator 1st shift (rocker mill)

We are seeking an Automated Machine Operator for our 1st shift (rocker mill) at our Butler, Indiana location.

As an Automated Machine Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, following all established company policies and procedures, and performing all functions of machine operation, setup, and changeover.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing troubleshooting, minor machine and tool repair, and preventative maintenance
• Assisting skilled trades in troubleshooting, machine repair, die repair, and preventative maintenance
• Maintaining accurate and real-time production and quality reporting
• Ensuring all quality standards are met as required by the process books and inspection instructions
• Operating a forklift at level 4 or above
• Loading, unloading, and assembling operations as required by the assigned machine
