Join Spotify's Trust & Safety team based in New York. This team plays a critical role in protecting our users, creators, and platform by working across policy, operations, legal, and product to address complex safety challenges. In this role, you'll act as a key operational partner to senior leadership,supporting high-impact work that often involves sensitive topics, fast decision-making, and cross-functional coordination.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing complex, fast-moving calendars across multiple time zones, ensuring leaders stay focused on critical Trust & Safety priorities Building high-quality presentations and briefing materials for internal leadership, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders Preparing leaders for meetings by developing agendas, synthesizing inputs, and ensuring clarity on key decisions and actions Supporting planning and logistics for internal and external Trust & Safety engagements, including sensitive or high-priority discussions Managing inbox communications, prioritizing time-sensitive and confidential matters and drafting responses when needed Tracking key initiatives, risks, and deadlines, acting as a central coordination point across multiple workstreams Arranging business travel, including detailed itineraries aligned with leadership priorities Managing expense reporting and ensuring compliance with internal policies Taking on operational projects that improve team workflows, documentation, and efficiency Serving as a trusted point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, handling interactions with professionalism and care
As a successful candidate, you'll have 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. You'll be highly skilled in building clear, structured presentations (Google Slides or similar) for executive audiences and handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion and sound judgment. You'll also be highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail, build strong, collaborative relationships across teams and functions, and take initiative and anticipate needs, solving problems before they arise.
This role is based in New York, NY, and we offer a competitive salary range of $92,933–132,762 USD, plus equity.
