Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Encompass Health in Cleveland, Tennessee. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide exceptional care and support to our patients, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Job Summary: You will be responsible for providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy, supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery
• Celebrate every victory along the way

Requirements:

• Current state license in Physical Therapy
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred

Compensation: $37.00 - $60.00
