Process Associate

At Amazon, we're looking for a Process Associate to join our team. As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for managing shift operations, ensuring high-quality work, and mentoring colleagues to meet customer expectations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing shift operations, including administrative tasks, job allocation, and monitoring productivity, quality, and safety.
• Conducting daily 4M and 5S audits to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Preparing and implementing training and development plans for colleagues.
• Collaborating with the team to resolve issues and improve processes.

As a Process Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and delivering exceptional customer service.
