We seek a talented professional to join the position of Coordinator, Broadcast Traffic, based in our Concord, North Carolina office. The Coordinator, Broadcast Traffic is responsible for all traffic duties and provides administrative support to departments within the business unit as needed.
Key responsibilities include: Entering advertising orders into commercial trafficking system software Entering commercial traffic, rotations, and copy-split information into commercial trafficking system software Communicating with commercial trafficking software vendor when troubleshooting is needed Coordinating the delivery of raceway share reports to Finance Providing administrative support to MRN & NASCAR Productions departments
Requirements include: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training Proficient in company-provided hardware and software Ability to multitask on multiple projects and duties Must be well organised and be flexible to shifting priorities Possess a strong attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills
