Description
We are looking for a Station Controller Production to join our team in Paris. As a Station Controller Production, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our trains and providing an exceptional experience for our passengers.
You will work closely with our Hub Officer to ensure that all aspects of train operation are running smoothly, including safety, security, and customer service. You will also be responsible for coordinating with our teams to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
As a Station Controller Production, you will be the primary point of contact for all matters related to train operation, and you will be responsible for communicating with our teams, customers, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and security of our passengers and staff on the platforms and in the trains
- Coordinate with our teams to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
- Communicate with our teams, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all matters related to train operation are resolved efficiently
- Ensure that all aspects of train operation are running smoothly, including safety, security, and customer service

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in management or supervision of operations in a railway or transportation company
- Knowledge of the railway environment, its actors, and its challenges
- Ability to perform tasks related to safety and security
- Rigor, sense of organization, autonomy, and respect for deadlines
- Ability to anticipate, propose, and initiate
- Ability to manage situations with efficiency and calmness
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good writing skills
- Enjoyment of operational work, teamwork, and problem-solving
- English language skills at B1 level
