Sales Operation Specialist

NVIDIA, the world leader in Visual Computing, is seeking a Sales Operation Specialist in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be part of a team that manages all orders from customers, working with sales leaders, regional sales operations teams, business operations, and Product Management to align business and financial goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing sales orders from input to completion
• Tracking received data and source documents, focusing on data accuracy and attention to detail
• Managing order fulfillment processes and order delinquency
• Coordinating with account teams and sales administrators to address and resolve order-related issues
• Working effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and critical deadlines

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Business-related coursework preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Proficiency with spreadsheets
• SAP experience is a plus
• High-Tech business experience is desired
