Senior Solutions Architect- West Coast

Airtable is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead the redesign of critical business processes. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will work closely with customers to understand their problems, design solutions that meet their needs, and ensure successful delivery. Your expertise in business process transformation, AI, and organisational design will help drive impactful change.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate critical business processes by pushing recommendations and identifying areas for change
• Design end-to-end solutions that integrate humans and agents, ensuring seamless workflows
• Recommend organisational changes, including process redesign and workflow optimisation
• Navigate complex organisational structures, building coalitions and managing stakeholders
• Develop reusable solution patterns and reference architectures to extend impact
• Stay involved throughout delivery, adapting designs as needed and holding accountability for outcomes

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in client-facing delivery, consulting, or enterprise transformation
• Background in professional services or management consulting, with a track record of delivering complex engagements
• Expertise in AI, business process transformation, and organisational design
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with C-level sponsors, technical stakeholders, and business SMEs
• Experience designing agentic workflows, making decisions about model selection, prompt architecture, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints
