Travel & PERM Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Travel & PERM Physical Therapist to join our team in South Carolina. As a Travel & PERM Physical Therapist, you will provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Conduct initial evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients
• Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve patient goals
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of South Carolina
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
