Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy's Seaford location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions. Our Physical Therapists work in an outpatient setting, providing one-on-one care to patients. This is a full-time position, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to determine the need for physical therapy services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of each patient
• Conduct physical therapy sessions with patients, using a variety of techniques and modalities
• Communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Delaware
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
